Growing tips

<p>Soak wheat grains 8-12 hours, then spread thickly over 2-3 cm of moist soil in a shallow tray; do not cover with soil (surface sow). Cover the tray for 2-3 days to aid germination, which takes <strong>3-7 days</strong>. Keep in bright indirect light and mist twice daily. Harvest by cutting blades at the base when 15-20 cm tall, usually <strong>7-10 days</strong> from sowing. The same roots may give a smaller second cut before discarding.</p>
