Growing tips

Surface sow or barely cover the fine seeds with 2-3 mm of soil as they need light to germinate; keep at 18-22°C. Germination takes 10-21 days. Thin or transplant seedlings to 20-25 cm apart in full sun. Pinch tips to keep the plant bushy and harvest leaves just before flowering for the best flavour, about 60-70 days after sowing.
