Growing tips

Sow seeds shallowly about 3-5 mm deep in a seed tray of gritty mix; germination is slow and erratic, taking 14-28 days at 20-25°C, so be patient. Keep the surface barely moist, not wet. Transplant seedlings to individual pots once 8-10 cm tall, spacing 40-50 cm apart. Place in full sun and let the soil dry between waterings. Light leaf harvest can begin once plants are well established, around 120-150 days from sowing.
