Growing tips

Sow fresh seeds about 1-1.5 cm deep in moist, well-drained mix soon after extracting from the fruit. Germination takes 2-4 weeks in warm 22-30°C conditions. Transplant into a large pot once seedlings have 4-6 true leaves and are 10-15 cm tall. Keep in full sun; seed-grown lemons typically begin fruiting in 3-6 years.
