Growing tips

Surface sow the fine seeds onto gritty soil and press in lightly without covering, as they need light to germinate. Germination takes 7-14 days at 18-24 C. Thin or transplant seedlings to 15-20 cm apart. Grow in full sun and keep on the dry side. Flowering begins about 8-10 weeks after sowing and continues through the cool season.
