Growing tips

Surface-sow fresh seed pointed-end down, barely covering it, and keep warm and moist at 20-24°C; germination takes 14-21 days. Transplant when seedlings have 2-3 true leaves, keeping the crown above soil level to prevent rot, spacing 25-30 cm apart. Give bright light and avoid wetting the crown. Plants flower roughly 120-150 days from sowing.
