Growing tips

Garden cress is best as a surface sow microgreen: scatter seeds thickly on moist soil or a damp pad and do not bury them. Keep continuously moist; germination is rapid at 3-7 days. No transplanting is needed. Snip microgreens at 7-14 days when 5-8 cm tall, or let plants grow on for fuller leaves and pods.
